The MP Saga

Got my MP back from the arseholes again. At least it works now, unlike the first time. They claim to have done the lens they forgot to do too but it's still got play in the focus ring and dust inside. I'll test the focus on the weekend but I'm not expecting much.

If you're thinking of sending a Leica in for repair or a CLA in the Sydney area then I recommend you stay away from the Camera Service Centre! Unless of course you don't mind waiting nine months for them to break it some more... and contacting the Department of Fair Trading to speed them up!

Pimpin' dA #street

With the advent of groups on dA there's a new clubhouse that's just sprung up. Founded by $spyed, `cweeks and *coxi, #street is already featuring some bloody good Street Photography. The selection criteria is pretty strict and it's aim is on quality, not quantity. As time goes on, groups features improve and emerge from beta, it can only get better.
