10,000th Pageview Print!I'm not really into pageviews and what they may or may not represent but in keeping with dA custom, and having just acquired a flash pro printer, I'd like to offer a free print or two to whoever hits, or comes closest to, my 10,000th pageview.
Just email me a screen capture, or note with a link, and tell me your first two preferences from my gallery or scraps.
For anyone else who may be interested I can offer any of my prints for 25% less than default dA prices on the paper, or canvas, of your choice using archival paper and pigment inks. Postage will be actual cost including tube or whatever and Australia Post is cheap mate!
Black & White Club Contest Feature:During my recent absence *
DeadZero was lucky enough to take out third prize in our club contest but unlucky enough to receive a prize that I sponsored! So hear it is, a journal feature, my apologies for the delay mate.
Victor is a young (well, by my standards, not dA's!) antagonist from Venezuela. It appears he started off on the right foot, using film, but has succumbed to the dark side of digital!

Here are some of my selections from his gallery...
Devious Comments
No worries. Great shot. I'll see if I can pinch some of Rufus' kibble for the dog too!
Thanks for the DD suggestion. Aidan's very proud.

I think I'll stick with my voigtlander lenses for now...
And as for uber... argh its annoying to use. Decided to try it out... only registered to try and win the M7
I think blogger and vox are much more user friendly

I gotta upload tha page sometime.. but it takes a lot more than here, at least for me. I'll get to it at some point though!

DONT CLICK!
I've got a 50 'lux asph and a 90 'cron. The 'cron was about $850 but going by the few times I've used it and it's performance wide open I think I may have been better off foresaking a stop and getting a Tele-Elmarit but it's hard to tell, not having used one.
The 50 'lux asph is a black paint LHSA one that was just pure indulgence 'cause it matches the MP so well and is hardly ever off it. Bang for bucks, the Bessa's 50/1.5 Nokton wins hands down (tho' I haven't tried it on the MP). Having said that, I've just decided to get a 35 'cron (ver 3) over the 35/1.4 Nokton. Justification and common sense seem to fly out the window when I pick up the Leica! We can always buy cheaper grog!!

And I checked out your blog and I think the light leaks adds to the photos!
And how is uber? it seems excruciatingly slow...Oh and I wanted to ask about the summicron... is it really worth the money? is it worth cutting down on the grog for it?
Light leaked blog is over at uber and I'll submit the only surviving shot here later.

can't wait to see em!
Since then I've had more interesting catastrophes i.e. not fixing for long enough and then going straight to the washing process without checking.
Wasted a ton of time that night
Glad to see you back though!
